Taking Stock

Its the first day of Autumn today and I thought I would celebrate with this little diddy I found on the Daybook blog.  Autumn is my hands down favourite season...in case you didn’t know already.. here are a couple odes to my love for autumn from last year here and here

Making : plans for October and the pumpkin patch
Cooking : warm roasted carrot and brie soup
Drinking : hot chocolate
Reading: The Book Thief … have had it on my ereader for the longest time and finally going to start it tonight. Have you seen the movie trailer…. it looks INCREDIBLE!
Wanting: cozy sweaters, voluminous scarves and green hunters for walks in the forest.
Looking: at the rain as it drip drip drips outside my window
Playing: The Lumineers deluxe edition… in love with this album and obsessed all over again after the concert last week
Wasting: time browzing through pinterest of autumn images (Can I please get married someday in Vermont in the fall… its so pretty there)
Sewing: nothing right now.
Wishing: that autumn would last all year. Its only the first day of the season and I am already mourning its inevitable end.
Enjoying: my slow sunday wakeup today.  I could hear the rain outside and I just sleep so much better during these cool nights
Waiting: for the sun to appear for a good autumn walk with my camera
Liking: the plethora of good movies coming out.  love watching all the trailers!
Wondering: what the next book will be that will move me beyond words
Loving: snuggles with my newest nephew Oliver
Hoping: for a cozy and relaxing autumn
Marvelling: at how beautiful life can be
Needing: a closet overhaul
Smelling: vanilla and spices
Wearing: leggings and a chambray tunic with my beloved hunters
Following: a meal plan
Noticing: the amazing condition of my skin after a month of using One Love Organics products.  Obsessed with the Skin Savior Balm!  TRY IT!
Knowing: myself better than I ever have before
Thinking: about the future and what it may hold
Feeling: peaceful
Bookmarking: autumn scarves
Opening: snail mail
Giggling: over memories of my great trip to Denver.  Friends are medicine for the soul, even from afar

Hi Suzanne, Well THANK YOU for the amazing products! I’ll be shouting from the rooftops about this product until the cows come home! I have a few faves already, but the Skin savior is definitely on the top of my list! I’m so glad I can purchase them easily here in Canada through Fresh Faced. What a great partner! Thanks again.
